WritersBlock's music...

This is life, the one you get, so go and have a ball, because the world doesn't move to the beat of just one drum, what might be right for you, may not be right for some, you take the good, you take the bad, you take them both and there you have, my opening statement. Sit Ubu sit. Good Dog.

I got bored with the old profile.
I like music, how about you?

A Minor Euphoria

Lyrics are here: http://forum.bandamp.com/Lyrics_Review/47099.html
And below:

A Minor Euphoria

I'm buckled from this ever growing weight,
But I won't accept my fate,
I'm all alone, I'm so depressed,
But I'll always try my best,
Don't hold me back, don't hold me down,
Or I'll be here to watch you drown,
I'm fighting now, I'm fighting still,
Push the limit of my skill

Chorus:
I'm drowning now, thanks to eu-phor-i-a
I'm falling down, drunk with eu-phor-i-a
I'm safe and sound, here I rest upon the ground,
I will go without a sound, with a minor euphoria,

My adolescence is growing thin,
I came outside can't get back in,
I stole away, without regret,
Now I doubt I will forget,
And I lay here broken, like the porcelain,
I cannot be so whole again,
With my shattered soul, and this lonely song,
These shards of heart are all thats left to stand on,

Chorus

I'm shining through, a reproachful past,
I hope it ain't too good to last,
This minor outcry, for a little bliss,
Will never meet the angel's kiss,
So far from life, your faltered faith,
Is not enough to keep us safe,
When all is lost, and the life outgrown,
You're too afraid to die alone,

Bridge:
I'm not gonna play your games of life,
I'm not gonna trade your day for night,
I'm not gonna go,
I'm not gonna stay for the show,
X2
Chorus

I think I made a few changes, probably in the lyrics forum...

This needs vocals added, so PM me if you're interested, and check out my other songs that need vox. I've got a hindful more on their way, so, keep your eyes out for them.

Cheers

Aurora Australis

This song is the opening to a series of songs I'm calling "The Colour of Music". There's going to be 11 all up, but this one is an introduction, and the last one, "Aurora Borealis" is a closing piece, and the focus is on the 9 central pieces. They're all going to be electronic, but each will represent something different to digital music. This song is Trance, others will be: Dance, Techno, Drum'n'Bass, Ambient, maybe even Industrial or House, if I can learn how to present them well enough.

Aurora Australis is the only one I've finished, but I've got a few of the others in the works.
I've got this song on newgrounds, and it's only been up for about a day, but the response so far has all been good.
I hop e you guys all like it. I'm really proud of this song.

Big City V2

This is an update of my very basic first demo for the song. As it is purely digital, it will sound completely different to my natural acoustic style of songwriting, also, there are no vocals (only the lead guitar acting the part). I have changed the instrumentation a bit, and, I think it is more audible than the first demo and less repetitive, although, maybe, just maybe I'll do a third demo on fruity loops...

Brainchild

Lyrics here: http://forum.bandamp.com/Lyrics_Review/48677.html
Or read here:
Brainchild
I've got a one way ticket to a lonely planet,
And I think that I should go,
Because no-one here needs me and no-one here wants me,
I doubt they'd ever know,

Chorus:
And I'm all alone, and my heart's impaired,
I will never change the way you never cared,And I'm all messed up and I'm out of place,
And I'll hide in the furthest corner of space,
In my heart,

Leave me all alone, in this barren land,
I'm kicking up a desert from the sand,
You will never need me and you will never want me,
But your heart doesn't follow plans,
You will never know me, you don't understand me,
You will never know,

I'm all alone,
My heart is a stone,
I am feeling so lost,
In the darkest coldest corner of space,
Chorus:
I'm all alone and my heart's impaired,
I will never change the way you never cared,
And I'm all messed up and I'm out of place,
And I'll hide in the furthest corner of space,
In my heart...
In my heart...

And my blood's pumping through my veins,
I'm still alive, I'm still alive,
And my heart's in pieces, but I'm still breathing,
I'm still alive...

Chorus:
I'm all alone and my heart's impaired,
I will never change the way you never cared,
And I'm all messed up and I'm out of place,
And I'll hide in the furthest corner of space,
In my heart...
In my heart...
In my heart...

This has the electronic/synth sound that can be filled out with vox (collab anyone?) but the last phrase before the piano outro is just for the sound (pattern: "And my blood's pumping through my veins, I'm still alive, I'm still alive, And my heart's in pieces, but I'm still breathing, I'm still alive..." not sung).

I have about a dozen songs I'd like to do in this fashion, so if anyone wants to lend their voice for the whole lot, then that would be awesome, if not, I'm sure I can get through one by one.
Hope you like 'em, because these are my real "song" songs, meant to be more than the electronic music it is at the moment.

Cheers

I've been messing about a lot with Drum 'n Bass lately, and this is one of the better outcomes.

Full title- Centurion: Golden Warrior.
My attempted Drum 'n' Bass.
Heh, drum and bass. Things I needed to add to my music from my last song: Drum variations, and bass. I'm pretty happy with what I've got here, although I may have stifled any other activity by overloading the lower frequencies.
I've also add a touch of panning and effects, only a little bit, hard to notice.

This is an addition to my "Colour of Music" series, it's part number 5 (I'm not doing them in order by the way). It's also my submission to an audio contest held at newgrounds. For anyone interested, it's for DnB and Ambient genres and can be found here: http://www.newgrounds.com/bbs/topic/806841

Hope you all enjoy this.

Made to be a techy instrumental. Made to be a random project, to see how it fares in the battle.
I transferred the FL notation for the drum glitch loops and sent them to a piano with delay effects. I found a weird vox style synth. I mashed it all together.
Please vote.

I Like to Hit Things

This is a fun little piano song that I wrote for a competition with the theme"Dad'n'Me", which is a game about a buff purple dude and his kid beating up little kids (fun!). It's full of cheek, so I think the song captured the style pretty well.
First of all, the piano VSTi I used is poor, it's all over the place. I aimed to incorporate tempo changes and a bit of jazz inspired accidentals, and I'm happy with it so far, but it's unfinished. The fast part is too fast, and the patterns don't change with the tempos (I'll fix that), I've also got to add a second slow section and a med-fast proper ending.
Here it is for now.
Enjoy.

A song about a white rabbit.
Actually, it's just me messing about with drums and basses and the whole electronic dance club beat thing vibe you know?
Am I getting closer to this genre called DnB?
I think I need to make the bass more weird trippy and less club happy, but I'm still getting around to that.
I've recently discovered the art of sidechaining in FL, I haven't used it here, but it'll definitely be a part of future projects.

Lava Reef Extinction

I haven't been here in months!
What's been happpening?
Lots of stuff, I'll try and summarise it for ya's.
I've been making lots and lots of electronic music, and it's been tons of fun, I've started making a name for myself at newgrounds: my brother used 3 of my songs in a game he made, which has generally been well recieved. Another song has been used in another online game for newgrounds by a random guy on the other side of the world. I've entered about 5-6 songs into a competition ending in August upon which the best songs may be used in a game for the X-box 360 that's being created by the head of newgrounds.
Someone found one of my songs important enough to click the download button 500 times, changing its status from 'audio track' to 'gold track', so it looks sleek and shiny.
Also, I've obtained a copy of macromedia flash 8 and have fiddled around with it trying to make games and animations and stuff, use my music in them to make me famous lol.
And now newgrounds is getting a makeover, so I thought I might stop by for a little bit and fill you in on my absence, and give you "Lava Reef Extinction", which is my remix of the Lava Reef Zone tune from Sonic and Knuckles.

p.s I almost forgot! I'm co-ordinating the music (writing and approving) for a flash animation collaboration by the 'sonic flash crew', so this will most likely feature in that animation.

Enjoy it guys!

Man In the Smoking Mirror

Last year I started on a project I called "the colour of music". The problem was that at the time, I was still learning a lot about the style of music I was trying to write for. So I've made some plans to give the project another go, with a whole new set of songs. This song is the first completed track. It's heavily inspired by a track called "hospital", which is a dark drum and bass track.
Man In the Smoking Mirror is a heavily experimental track, and it has a combination of dark ambient and breakbeat, and drum and bass somewhere in there, I think. It took me over a week of several hours solid work each day, with the last couple of days solely working on getting the instrumental mix just right. I used four fruity loops project files to create this, and my only fruity loops VSTi preset was the piano. As well as the VST's in fruity loops, I also added some sound effects from my keyboard, and some dissonant guitar, to add ambience to the piece. This is the longest time I've spent on just one song, and I think it's payed off, the result being a quirky weird dark random experimental song. I doubt this will fit to everyone's tastes, but at least I don't think it sounds as amateur as my previous works.

I've got a few more enjoyable and light hearted pieces prepared for the rest of the colour of music series, but I'm going to take my time on them, to get the highest quality possible out of my music.

I hope you enjoy it, and if not, then I hope you appreciate the technical side to it.

Cheers.

Maple Leaf Rag

This is a cover of the Scott Joplin song with the same title. I believe that the "no covers" rule doesn't apply to this particular piece, because I did a little reading about the copyright and I am sure that the copright has expired and therefore I do not need permission to record Joplin's works. If I am mistaken, I will remove this song.

So, without further blabbering, I hope you enjoy my cover of Maple Leaf Rag, by Scott Joplin, as performed on my Casio Keyboard, at low quality, and with the Honky-Tonk Piano preset. There are a few mistakes, but overall, I think it adds a bit of charm, suited to the time.

Cheers!

Moonstorm

Another crack at the Ambient genre. I've got wind, rain and thunder effects by way of free new VSTs, I've got strings and brass that sound better than the strings and brass I've seen on FL, from another couple of free new VSTs. I also added some weird synths to give a bit more of a space atmosphere, although that was kind of pushed back when it came around using the orchestral instruments... This song is one giant experiment for me. I've tried out various techniques I haven't used before, the big one being that none of the music came from the fruity loops program, they were all free VSTs and sound samples. I created the rain and wind and thunder grouped on a separate "atmosphere"track, which I put into Audacity and added echoes and fading to increase the atmosphere. I then put that audio file back into FL then focused on the strings and brass, and a couple of synth sounds. I exported that and then tweaked it in audacity again. I spent 3 days trying to perfect this, and I still don't think I'm there. I've messed around with automation clips, which I learned from MAPs FL Q&A thread, that's increased my control over sound a bit further.
I think I could do more with this, but I'm unsure, as of yet. Any ideas?

Sorry for the wall of text, it was just about how I integrated all the tips and tricks I've been taught into one track...

Nightworld

This started from a noodle, then I tried to write it out onto FL, it sounds so much different to what I played on acoustic guitar. Maybe that could be another track with a similar theme.
Anyways, the song has spoken words to accompany the piano, but they're not in yet. But here they are anyways, so you can read while listening (I think it might be my inner philosopher trying to escape).

Nightworld:
Welcome to my world. Where words are merely an expression. Where your physical and mental existence are one, the same, and everything else that is you. There is nothing black, and nothing white. We live on an infinite spectrum of grey. We sit on the darkest side of the moon and exhale the deadly fumes of the real world. Time. What is time? Is time the money lost upon arriving late for work? Is time the thoughts that enter your mind while waiting for water to boil? No. Time is a word. Just a word, a category for the devices that define life. But that's it. Words are the creation of understanding of how we came to be. In a sense, we created these words to understand our own creations. In a sense, man is man's own God. And time is proof of our existence. Time does not escape me, time becomes me. Welcome to my world. Yes this is the place where you can truly be yourself. No judging. No character based on what you think others might possibly be thinking. Yes, this is the place where you are free. You are free from guilt, free from conscience, free from discrimination. Everyone is equals, there is no better or worse, no significant other. In essence, nothing of what you assume to be life. But there is still life. How can this be? Your perception was jaded. Now... Welcome to my world.

This was my attempt at capturing something surreal in the sound and transferring that into words.

Cheers, hope you enjoy.

Nightworld 3

Ok, I haven't used FL in a few days, bandamp's been a little quiet. So, I thought, hey, it's the weekend. I whipped this up in less than an hour. Number three in my planned Nightworld series. I'd like to write a passage for this a little later. This turned out much more synth sounding than I originally wanted, but it wasn't the piano style i was aiming for, so I'll keep that for later. Once I realised what I was working with, I decided to experiment with effects, and I think I have some creative chaos in here.
Seeing as I went for a more techno sounding track, I made a glitch drum loop "sandwich" and had a fair bit of repetition throughout. Hope you enjoy.

Piano Concerto in A Minor-Movement 2

"Piano Concert in A minor-Movement 2"
Now, this is in E minor (the dominant of A minor), I think I can do that. It's also in 3/4 time, ternary form, and neo-classical. I took into account the flaws in movement 1, and, however different this piece may be, applied them how I thought best suited. There's 1 movement to come, a faster one in rondo form, but I haven't gotten around to starting yet.
I think this'll carry on to different themes a little better, having no modulations, and mainly sticking around the 1 chord. Also, hope for that fact that it doesn't get too repetitive or boring.

Cheers

Piano Concerto mvt 1

"Piano Concerto in A minor-Movement 1"
My attempt at neo-classicism with the fruity loops studio orchestra. This is the first of 3 movements, the others I have yet to write. Although I used fruity loops for this, I did not loop any of it, nor did I have separate instrumental patterns, the instruments (all 7 of them!) are on three patterns, to separate the main sections: Exposition, Development and Recapitulation. It's in Sonata form. Also, this is the longest running fruity loops project for me, so far, 3 days (on and off).
So, hope you can bear this classical fiasco...

Cheers

Piano Therapy

This is... purely experimental (I want to raise some eyebrows with this one), make of this what you will. It's another digital track, this one was done on guitar pro, and the bass may be difficult to hear, but it's just for fun, playing around with a few riffs and melodies, chromatics, augmented and diminished chords. Enjoy!

P.S I might have another experimental one on here soon, done in a 5 / 4 time signature... I'll have fun working that out on FL...

The Precipice, as performed by Lynyrdskynyrdfan. The lyrics to this are in the lyrics forum buried deep somewhere, I'll try and find them and post a link. Also, this is the same precipice that I posted from FL studio. This could do with some vox, if anyone's up for a challenge.

Processional

Also known as: "Nothing Without You"
Need vocalist!
Lyrics linked here: http://forum.bandamp.com/Lyrics_Review/45276.html
Posted below also:

Processional
Take my heart, to show I'm human,
And seize my lungs, let me blow you away,
Grab my soul in your hands, grind it to dust,
My vocals are yours to keep, in God we trust,

I am nothing without you,
I take what's mine to keep from feeling blue,
I etch these words in my head, I'll never forget,
I am nothing without you,

Blood, violence, screaming in silence,
A God in the hand is worth two in assylums,
Love, hate, relationships fail,
The crime in the city is life without bail,
Guns kill, people murder,
Pulling the trigger, pushing you further,
Live, die, merry go round,
Seasons are bitterly pushed to the ground,

I am nothing without you,
I take what's mine to keep from feeling blue,
I etch these words in my head, I'll never forget,
I am nothing without you,

Take my heart, to show I'm human,
And seize my lungs, let me blow you away,
Grab my soul in your hands, grind it to dust,
My vocals are yours to keep, in God we trust,

I am nothing without you,
I take what's mine to keep from feeling blue,
I etch these words in my head, I'll never forget,
I am nothing without you,

I am nothing without you,
I am nothing without you,

Ends with "I am nothing without you" overlapping with the offbeat one being pitched with more of a climax.

Feel free to check out any of the other songs I've posted in the last week or so, and I'm really keen for finding a vocalist.
Still got a fair few more to come...

Cheers

Rockabilly Canon

three over four baby three over four. I made a challenge to write a song in fruity loops to the pattern of a waltz. Here it is, the rockabilly canon.

OK. This, bandAmp, is a digital canon, a layered piece of work, introducing one section at a time, until all blend into a crazed musical fit!... or it blends together in musical harmony.

This song was written on fruity loops for my brother's game, he liked it, hope you do too!

SnowboardKids HiddenTrack

This is an original 8-bit tune that I came up with, which is a modification of a videogame tune I did a while back. I still might tweak some things, but this is the general layout. I'm entering this into a competition with the theme "8-bit Christmas". I'm pleased with the result so far. Also, I have considered taking this melody and progression and offering them up for a Christmas collab in discussion here: http://forum.bandamp.com/The_Pit/3831.html

In terms of collabing on this, I don't have lyrics or a vocal melody to work with... maybe later, but if anyone wants to write lyrics for it, the arrangement of the verse/chorus/bridge sections can be completely rearranged to form a skeleton to work up from, kinda like what happened with the sudden sunset collab. There were some parts I made in the older version of this (a non 8-bit tune) that may work well integrated with proper instruments, so I could possibly blend synths into the track.

But if anyone wants to raise their hand for lyrics/guitar/bass/vocals, anything to get this off the ground, and further discussion would likely follow.

Enjoy the song.

Sound of Violent Strings

There Is The Sound Of Violent Strings, the title taken from a piece I studied in music class called There is the sound of flutes and fiddles (or in german das ist ein floten und geigen, if I remember correctly). This is a digital instrumental, like all of the stuff I've put up, but it was the first piece I wrote on FL, and I didn't quite have the know how (and still don't) to make this a clear cut piece. It has a heavy bass that, when it isn't playing, just drines throughout the track. If you like it so much (lol) that you want it redone without that in it, please say so, or if you want a remix with something else changed (again, lol) please tell me. Who knows, maybe you can help me turn this track into something of sheer beauty (for the last time, lol).
Enjoy, if you dare....

Spider and the Muse

An attempt at a neo-classical romantic era piano piece. I started playing around on my piano, creating little chromatic riffs, then I just pulled them together added some crazy passages that are near to impossible, but I noted it down into FL anyways, just worked with the FL keys and I found there was quite a percussive sound coming from the bass and some higher pitched chords. Anyways, I was partially inspired by Muse, particularly "Butterflies and Hurricanes", which has a wicked piano interlude in the middle.

Enjoy,

Spin the Ball (w drums)

Witchwyzwurd's "spin the ball (ver 3)" with some drums added. They're pretty ameteur-ish, a little bit of issues (there's one crash in there that's too loud, among other things). So if you like drums with this song, then you could suggest how I could improve them. This is the first time I've added something to a pre-existing song, so I hope it's ok.

This is the end of the line (I'm sure!) Oh, what a journey this collab has taken. This is my baby! So it's ended up here:

Sudden Sunset (composed by WritersBlock)

ToastedGoat - guitars, vocals
swordfish - additional guitar (with the heavy effects on them)
PuppetXeno - electronic tracks, orchestration, audio edits, treatments, mixdown
JimkDaAdtman - bells concept
WritersBlock - original MIDI file still audible during the choruses

Listen, enjoy and vote!

Big Cheers to all who helped, suggested, commented, encourged and participated. This is an amazing experience for me to here this song become a full recording as it's something I'm unable to do. Thank you.

Sudden Sunset(need voice)

The FL track of sudden sunset, of which I need a Bandamper to kindly donate their voice. To most who listen to this, it WILL BE repetative, because it needs vocals.
Oh, and whoever does attach the vocals, either can they mix the tracks together before sending them back or post them yourself, or pass it onto someone who can mix it together.

Hope you enjoy the final product, here's the, as of yet, non existent lyrics;

V1
Far away I saw the sky,
A thousand faces staring back at mine,
Far away I saw them cry,
The rain was falling down on mine,

V2
And I went walking in my sleep,
I started talking to a stranger,
I gave him back what he could keep,
A home that lay inside a manger,

Chorus
As you float away on hell or high water,
You leave us all soaking and cold,
And we live for you to be remembered,
As you died for us to be free,
And you my dear are not a stranger,
You are just embedded in cold,
You may rest now in a manger,
You may rest, broken and old,

V3
I lay here sleeping let me pray,
The air is cold the sky is grey,
I hope the rain will go away,
I think the thunder is almost over,

Chorus

V4
I walk beneath an amber sky,
I tread a ground alive with fire,
I cannot see you through the smoke,
You cannot save, in time we die,

Chorus (in 4/4 time)

Outro (in 6/8)
I know I was broken and bleeding,
I know you were gone,
But I won't leave you coughing and wheezing,
Under a setting sun,
I know I was broken and bleeding,
I know you were gone,
But I won't leave you coughing and wheezing,
Under a sudden sunset the sun is gone...

P.S. Please PM me if you are interested, so I can give a direction to the vocals (not very technical, just basic, still allowing artistic interpretation).

Tales From Nightworld

Ok, I'd like to create a series of soundscapes, unusual in certain ways, and, like my original nightworld, have a written passage to add behind it. i'd like to build it up around this "Nightworld" idea, group them loosely around one set of values, but have several extremes. The first was an introduction, this one, I'd like to get a more storytelling feel to it. Some tracks I write, I'd like to be hard hitting, whereas others just plain unusual and the conflict is overcoming a barrier of conventions to understand. I hope I can entertain you with obscurities with these.

I'll add the words I'd like spoked into it when I get round to writing them, but for now, hope you enjoy!

WB

P.S- I should come up with a better title later, when I get the writing done. I just don't know what it'll be about yet.

The Cold Storm

Vox needed.
Written on FL.
Lyrics- http://forum.bandamp.com/Lyrics_Review/44126.html

I can feel my heart beating,
I can see your soul depart,
I can feel my skin freezing,
I can see you losing your heart,
I can fight my way out of the crowd,
I can synchronize both of my lungs,
As you lay there sweating your head off,
As you lay there speaking in tongues,

I know I can't die,
The storm keeps me alive,
Throughout the night,
But not without a fight,
You cannot win,
Your life becomes a sin,
Your life becomes a sin,

You can see the light in the tunnel,
You can see the light up ahead,
You can breathe air colder than winter,
You can drown in the storm in your head,
I can feel my heart beating,
I can see your soul depart,
I can feel my skin freezing,
I can see you losing your heart,

I know I can't die,
I'm pain and suicide,
You choke inside,
Now take the cyanide,
Can't ease the wound,
The hole inside the room,
This time you're gone,
Leaving us in the room,

I can see the thunder is coming,
I can see the rain fall on your face,
I can whisper a line from a poem,
You can follow the hollow disgrace,
I can feel my heart beating,
I can see the rain fall on your face,
I can feel my skin freezing,
You can follow the hollow disgrace,

(Solo break)

I know I can't die,
The storm keeps me alive,
Throughout the night,
But not without a fight,
You cannot win,
Your life becomes a sin,
Your life becomes a sin,

Nothing to cherish but you,
Now you are gone,
Nothing will blossom from you,
You would have done,
Nothing to cherish but you,
Now you are gone,
Nothing will perish from you,
You would have gone.

I know I can't die,
Now you are gone,
You cannot win,
You would have done,
I cannot die,
Now you are gone,
You cannot win,
You would have done.

Enjoy.

The Precipice (Demo)

This is a FL track designed to show you what this song should sound like. Mainly for the purposes of Collaboration. I've added in a speech synthesizer that simply says 'intro' or 'verse' to show when these happen. I think that vincentL may have a crack at playing this one out as acoustic (as it wasn't meant to be a FL track with bass and drums) as well as vocals. But if not, anyone is welcome to try and sing to this (PM me with your e-mail address, so I can send the track without the speech synth).
If you want to try playing it out, PM me and I'll explain this a little more. Also, the drums kind of represent the strong beats that would normally be emphasized on guitar, and also, the chords in the chorus (the long, long, short, long) is representing the strumming, (down, down, down, up, as the third down strum is cut off from the up strum).
The guitar part sounds quite fast, however, the vocals are quite slow, so in fact this is a slow song. It goes for 5 minutes, so it may bore most of you, but it is only here for a general impression of the instrumental part.

Here are the (non existent) lyrics:
V1
We climb up the walls
We know nothing up above us
We climb while others fall
We know we're destined to climb, destined to fall

V2
We climb up to reach the ceiling
We climb up to reach the sky
We climb to know what lies above us
We climb to know that we tried

Chorus
And the earth shakes, on the edge of a precipice,
then your grip breaks, and you're starting to fall,
so the world waits, on the edge of a precipice,
and your fingertips reach for a ledge that crumbles away,
We crumble away...

V3
We climb up the walls looking for answers,
we climb up the walls finding lies,
Yet we are climbing forever,
and never knowing why,

Chorus
And the earth shakes, on the edge of a precipice,
then your grip breaks, and you're starting to fall,
so the world waits, on the edge of a precipice,
and your fingertips reach for a ledge that crumbles away,
We crumble away...

Break
We find a ledge, and don't fall down,
We place our feet upon the ground,
We breathe fresh air, we see the sky,
We have green grass in which to lie,

V4
We climb up walls, looking for answers,
But the wall keeps going forever,
We came upon paradise,
We kept on climbing, searching for better.

Cheers and enjoy (enjoy? Ha!)!

Winter Solstice

Full title- Winter Solstice: The Blue Lagoon
7 1/2 minutes of soothing sounds. This won't blow you away, but I hope you can just chill to this.
Every thing's all super quiet to create that ambient vibe, I chucked in some soft drums too, to give the feeling that the song's going somewhere. I've got a handful of small riffs in here, that just give it something more than just a chord progression. There's one part in there that has a very little bit of bass, but it is also really soft and quite minimal.
This song is going into the Newgrounds audio competition for the "Ambient" section.
Hope you enjoy it, some peace and quiet for once...
